The National Indoor Arena (NIA) Aikido Club welcomes all sections of the community. Its member’s policy is to ensure that you train in a safe and friendly atmosphere under appropriate supervision with an emphasis on a focused approach to practice that enables you to get the best training to suit your fitness level, whether it’s as a beginner, intermediate or advanced Black belt. Through regular training your fitness level, flexibility, stamina and understanding of the principles of Aikido will increase allowing you to enjoy and appreciate this defensive Martial Art in full. Please feel free to browse through the following pages to learn more about Aikido and our Club.
